Woodland Food Safety Workshop

Increasingly, buyers are expecting their suppliers to have a documented food safety program on their farms. Shermain Hardesty, UC Small Farm Program Director and Paul Vossen, Farm Advisor for Sonoma & Marin Counties, UC Cooperative Extension present this workshop for farmers who are selling or want to sell produce to a wholesale market, restaurant, school, or grocery store.
